More Than Information.
A Year of Structured Founder Support.
The Kitchen CEO Resource Center extends the guidance provided in The Kitchen CEO book series by helping food and beverage founders apply what they have learned to their own businesses. It brings together on-demand education, practical planning tools, live group learning, direct feedback, business-plan review, and eligible one-on-one advising within a structured one-year program.
Building a food CPG business requires founders to make interconnected decisions about their products, consumers, pricing, promotion, distribution, finances, operations, and growth. The Resource Center helps founders work through these decisions with greater clarity, identify gaps before they become costly problems, and develop stronger plans grounded in the realities of the food industry.
Depending on the subscription level selected, founders may receive access to:
-
On-demand courses and recorded webinars
-
Templates, guides, worksheets, and checklists
-
Monthly live group Q&A sessions
-
Direct written responses from Savvy Food Consulting
-
A structured business-plan audit with detailed feedback
-
Private micro-advising sessions
-
Additional resources added throughout the subscription period
The value of the Resource Center is not simply access to more information. It is access to a connected support system designed to help founders turn knowledge into action. Instead of piecing together generic advice from unrelated sources, founders can use food CPG-specific education, tools, and professional feedback to strengthen their assumptions, improve their decision-making, and move through the launch process with greater purpose and confidence.
With subscription levels beginning at no cost, founders can select the level of support that best reflects their current needs, resources, and stage of development.
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and prevent future charges. Payments already made are nonrefundable, and any unused benefits, sessions, submissions, audits, or other subscription features will not be prorated, refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward.

Benefit Descriptions
DESIRED (On-Demand Course): Establishing Market Fit
An on-demand course designed to help founders evaluate whether their product addresses a meaningful consumer need and has the potential to succeed in its intended market. The course explores target consumers, competitive positioning, product differentiation, demand, and the evidence founders should gather before investing heavily in a launch.
UNIFIED (On-Demand Webinar): Product-Promotion Continuity
An on-demand recorded webinar focused on establishing and maintaining a consistent promotional presence across multiple sales and communication channels. Founders will learn how to coordinate messaging, content, promotions, and consumer engagement across retail, ecommerce, social media, events, and other relevant channels.
FORESIGHT (On-Demand Webinar): Integrated Forecasting and Ongoing Business Planning
An on-demand recorded webinar that helps founders connect sales forecasting, operating assumptions, financial expectations, and ongoing business planning. The session emphasizes treating the business plan as a working management tool that should be reviewed and updated as the company gathers new information and reaches new stages of development.
PROPAGATE (On-Demand Webinar): Strategic Distribution
An on-demand recorded webinar for founders beginning to build local and regional distribution. The session examines early distribution pathways, channel selection, distributor readiness, geographic expansion, and the operational and financial considerations involved in moving products from the business to its customers.
TOOLBOX: Digital Resource Center
An on-demand collection of practical templates, guides, worksheets, checklists, and other digital tools designed to support food CPG planning, launch preparation, decision-making, and business management. Available resources may be added, revised, or replaced throughout the subscription period.
ACCESS: Live Group Q&A Sessions
Monthly live group question-and-answer sessions focused on important and timely food-business launch topics. Sessions will typically follow a webinar or virtual workshop and allow participating founders to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and learn from issues raised by others. These are group sessions and do not include private or one-on-one advising.
FEEDBACK: Direct Question Submission
An online form through which founders may submit a direct business question to Savvy Food Consulting. A written response will generally be provided within three to five business days. Each submission should address one reasonably focused question and does not replace a business-plan audit, document review, or advising session.
SURVEY: Business Plan Audit
A structured review of the founder’s business plan, submitted during the fourth month of the subscription. Savvy Food Consulting will evaluate the plan and provide a detailed written feedback document identifying strengths, gaps, assumptions requiring further support, and areas that may need additional development.
BPB Micro-Advising subscribers receive one business-plan audit and one feedback document. BPB Premium subscribers may revise their plans after receiving the initial feedback and submit the updated version for a second review and updated feedback document.
SAGE: One-on-One Micro-Advising
A private, 60-minute advising session focused on a topic related to the founder’s business plan, launch preparation, or strategic decision-making. Included sessions must be scheduled and completed between months two and eight of the subscription period.
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions or no-shows, will be considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within the applicable eligibility period.
Included advising hours must be used by the end of month eight of the subscription period. Unused advising hours expire at that time, do not roll over, and are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or cash value. If Savvy Food Consulting must cancel or reschedule a session, the session will not be considered used, and the subscriber may reschedule it within the applicable eligibility period.
Eligible subscribers at the BPB Plus level or above may purchase additional micro-advising sessions à la carte. A maximum of three additional sessions may be purchased during each one-year subscription. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, additional sessions are subject to the same 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy and must be completed within the period specified at purchase.
